Senior Technician service

Otis manufactures, installs, and services elevators and escalators worldwide. This technician will maintain assigned units, troubleshoot breakdowns, support safe operation, and serve customers on site.

• Maintain and troubleshoot elevators and escalators on assigned routes
• Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent callbacks
• Respond to breakdowns and aim for first-time fixes
• Follow safety guidelines for equipment and end users
• Generate T leads and close T Orders on time
• Build customer relationships during site visits
