About the role
Otis manufactures, installs, and services elevators and escalators worldwide. This role maintains and repairs assigned units, responds to breakdowns, and serves customers on site.
What you'll do
- Maintain elevator and escalator units on assigned routes
- Troubleshoot equipment faults and complete repairs
- Respond to breakdowns and aim for first-time fixes
- Perform scheduled maintenance to prevent callbacks
- Generate T leads and close T Orders on time
- Build customer relationships during site visits
