About the role
ABB Electrification provides electrical distribution and management technologies, solutions and services. You will standardize service processes, integrate applications, and support transformation and M&A programs across local units.
What you'll do
- Design and govern service management and delivery process blueprints
- Coordinate process alignment across service functions and applications
- Lead service process implementation and monitor business value metrics
- Plan integration of acquired companies’ operating models, applications, and processes
- Manage service-domain transformation and M&A projects
- Train local units and support testing and solution verification
