About the role
Intel's Data Center Group develops technologies for data centers, including platform-level designs. The Signal Integrity Engineer will simulate and optimize interconnects, characterize test structures, and define specifications and design guidelines.
What you'll do
- Develop signal integrity solutions for high-speed platforms, boards, and packages
- Simulate electrical structures and guide physical implementation and design trade-offs
- Design and characterize test structures using high-speed measurement equipment
- Define signal integrity rules and prepare characterization reports and customer guidelines
- Collaborate with IP design and SoC integration teams
- Develop electrical specifications and contribute to industry standards
