About the role
Cisco's Network Engineering and Operations team develops and supports internal network services, platforms, observability, and automation. You will improve the reliability and performance of these services through automation, infrastructure support, monitoring, and incident response.
What you'll do
- Build automation solutions using Python or Shell in Linux environments
- Maintain production platform services for reliability, availability, and performance
- Support containers, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and infrastructure automation
- Improve monitoring, logging, alerting, and operational insights
- Lead incident response, troubleshooting, root cause analysis, and service restoration
