• Build platforms and tooling for teams to deploy and operate services
• Design and manage scalable cloud infrastructure using Infrastructure as Code
• Establish infrastructure, reliability, and scalability best practices
• Build CI/CD pipelines and developer tooling
• Maintain monitoring, logging, and tracing solutions
• Embed reliability and performance practices into services
