Senior Product Manager

Scapia offers a co-branded credit card that turns everyday expenses into travel experiences. You will shape travel product experiences, analyze customer behavior, and take initiatives from problem definition through launch and iteration.

• Own product problems from user research through feature delivery
• Analyze metrics, funnels, experiments, and user behavior
• Collaborate with engineering, design, business, and operations teams
• Conduct customer research, competitor analysis, and market studies
• Write product requirements, user stories, and acceptance criteria
• Launch features, monitor adoption, and iterate using feedback and data
