About the role
Scapia offers a credit card that turns everyday spending into travel experiences. The Product Lead will own recommendations, performance, customer signals, and CRM systems to improve personalization and retention.
What you'll do
- Own the recommendations platform roadmap and discovery surfaces
- Lead app and web performance workstreams with engineering partners
- Define a unified strategy for behavioral and declared customer signals
- Build CRM and in-app notification systems with segmentation and trust guardrails
- Manage PMs across a multi-workstream product charter
