About the role
Splunk Agent Resilience provides evaluation and guardrails to improve the reliability and safety of AI agents. This engineer will operate and improve deployment infrastructure, automate operations, and support customer deployments across cloud and air-gapped environments.
What you'll do
- Operate Kubernetes production infrastructure and deployment systems
- Install, upgrade, troubleshoot, and manage customer deployments
- Improve deployment monitoring, logging, and alerting
- Automate reliability and performance improvements
- Respond to incidents and conduct root cause analysis
- Develop internal tooling with Python or Go
