About the role
SISA Information Security provides security operations for enterprise systems. The SOC Analyst monitors and triages security alerts, investigates potential incidents, and escalates validated threats to L2 analysts.
What you'll do
- Monitor and triage security events using IBM QRadar and integrated tools
- Validate incidents and escalate genuine issues to L2 analysts
- Investigate and categorize QRadar offenses by severity and priority
- Check QRadar event flow, EPS utilization, and log source connectivity
- Test correlation rules and validate detection use cases
- Document incident details and maintain incident management records
