About the role
SISA provides cybersecurity services and security operations capabilities. The SOC Manager will lead 24x7 security operations, detection engineering, incident response, and team development.
What you'll do
- Lead SOC detection, triage, escalation, containment, and recovery
- Own SIEM/SOAR engineering and the detection use-case lifecycle
- Lead threat hunting and advanced incident investigations
- Translate SOC operational needs into platform improvement requirements
- Oversee customer security onboarding and telemetry validation
- Manage, mentor, and develop SOC analysts
