WEX builds mobility payment technology used by fleets across Europe and Asia Pacific. You will develop scalable backend services, lead feature delivery and design, and improve reliability while mentoring engineers.

• Design and implement scalable backend systems and APIs
• Lead design discussions and own features end to end
• Address technical debt, bottlenecks, and reliability concerns
• Improve observability, performance, and service reliability
• Mentor junior and mid-level engineers
• Support DevOps automation and cross-team technical planning
