About the role
WEX Mobility Engineering builds fleet and payments platforms, including APIs, backend services, data pipelines, and operational insights. This engineer will develop full-stack software, modernize legacy financial systems, and support event-driven services and production systems.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain full-stack solutions, APIs, and microservices
- Process streaming data using Kafka or similar technologies
- Build change data capture and data synchronization pipelines
- Own software development lifecycle activities
- Troubleshoot production issues and guide junior developers
