Software Engineer - Customer support

C3 AI provides enterprise AI platforms, applications and generative AI products. You will troubleshoot customer issues, implement and test fixes, and help customers build applications on the platform.

• Learn the C3 AI platform, tools and applications to assist customers
• Debug, troubleshoot, modify and unit-test applications
• Assess and prioritize customer product change requests
• Research and characterize issues reported by customers and partners
• Work with product and engineering teams to implement and validate solutions
