About the role
Cisco's Splunk Agent Resilience team builds scalable evaluation and guardrails to improve the reliability of AI agents. You will develop and operate backend data stores, streaming pipelines, and processing services, while improving their performance, reliability, and scalability.
What you'll do
- Build and maintain backend services and high-scale data pipelines
- Extend data stores, implement schema changes, and perform safe migrations
- Tune stream processors, writers, and distributed worker fleets
- Improve scalability, reliability, performance, and fault tolerance
- Instrument components for production observability
- Debug production issues and support deployments, on-call, and postmortems
