About the role
Glean provides an enterprise Work AI platform with search, assistants, and agents. You will build backend evaluation and observability systems that measure AI quality and help engineers improve and ship reliable AI features.
What you'll do
- Build large-scale pipelines to evaluate assistant and agent quality
- Evaluate new models and create quality signals for launch decisions
- Develop trace processing and observability tools for AI behavior
- Own backend systems from design through production operation
- Connect evaluation results and customer feedback to product improvements
- Mentor engineers and raise the quality of technical design
