About the role
Infobip provides a cloud communications platform, including CPaaS and conversational AI products. The Solution Engineer designs, demonstrates, integrates, and supports tailored client solutions using APIs, AI tools, and communication products.
What you'll do
- Design and implement chatbot and conversational AI solutions
- Lead customer discovery, solution reviews, demonstrations, and proof-of-concept discussions
- Translate business requirements into technical solutions and implementation plans
- Integrate and configure CPaaS products using APIs and webhooks
- Support solution testing, deployment, troubleshooting, and post-implementation consulting
- Create reusable prototypes, workflows, integrations, and technical artifacts
