About the role

GalaxEye’s satellite team builds satellite payloads and onboard data systems. This engineer will design and validate the payload data chain, spanning compute, interfaces, storage, embedded software, and mission operations.

What you'll do

Own the onboard compute and data-handling system architecture
Define compute partitioning across GPU, FPGA/SoC, and general-purpose modules
Specify and validate high-speed data interfaces
Size throughput and analyze end-to-end data bottlenecks
Define embedded software architecture and onboard processing pipelines
Support board bring-up, qualification testing, and failure analysis
