About the role
Northern Trust provides wealth management, asset servicing, asset management and banking services to individuals, families, corporations and institutions. The Software Quality Engineer builds and manages non-production environments and supports test data, compliance and end-to-end testing across complex systems.
What you'll do
- Design and maintain stable test environments
- Replicate production configurations and dependencies
- Define test data strategy and execute provisioning and refresh cycles
- Validate and reconcile data using SQL
- Implement masking rules and support privacy compliance
- Monitor environment health and investigate failures
