About the role
RZR is an AI-native advertising platform combining machine learning, programmatic media and mobile growth. The Senior HR Business Partner will shape people practices for India, partnering with regional leaders and handling performance, employee relations, retention and compliance.
What you'll do
- Partner with India leaders to align people strategy with business goals
- Drive retention and implement talent-risk interventions
- Run performance cycles, goal setting and talent planning
- Advise managers on performance, organizational design and employee engagement
- Manage employee relations and ensure compliance with local labor laws
- Improve people operations processes and maintain accurate HRIS data
