About the role
Aviatrix provides cloud network security and multicloud networking platforms for enterprises. This customer-facing architect designs cloud network and security deployments, supports operational health, and advises customers on adoption and optimization.
What you'll do
- Design and oversee enterprise Aviatrix network architectures and deployments
- Implement multicloud network security and microsegmentation policies
- Lead customer business and technical reviews
- Resolve critical technical escalations with support and engineering teams
- Identify customer risks, gaps, and adoption opportunities
- Relay customer feedback and product gaps to internal teams
