About the role
Analog Devices develops semiconductor technologies and products for applications including automation, mobility, healthcare, and data centers. You will bring up and validate SoCs, characterize silicon across operating conditions, and develop firmware and automated bench tests.
What you'll do
- Develop bench hardware and software for digital and mixed-signal SoCs
- Drive hardware and silicon bring-up, validation, debugging, and PVT characterization
- Develop and automate test scripts for validation and characterization
- Contribute to design-for-test definition to improve debug and testability
- Coordinate silicon characterization plans with product and test engineering teams
- Correlate bench results with production test data
