About the role
Navan provides an enterprise travel platform with complex B2B workflows. The Staff Product Designer will lead design workstreams from discovery and user flows through polished interfaces and developer handoff.
What you'll do
- Lead design workstreams from concept through final UI and developer handoff
- Translate complex business requirements and dense data into intuitive interfaces
- Evolve the design system across web and mobile
- Collaborate with developers to ensure designs are implemented as intended
- Use research and product analytics to validate design decisions
- Facilitate design rituals and syncs across global teams
