About the role
The Hoxton Bengaluru City is a neighbourhood hotel with guest rooms, dining, events and public spaces. You will supervise stewarding operations, maintain kitchen hygiene and equipment readiness, and support event and daily hotel operations.
What you'll do
- Supervise the stewarding team during shifts
- Clean, sanitise and organise kitchen equipment and serviceware
- Inspect kitchens, pot wash areas, stores and waste areas
- Monitor supplies and report replenishment needs
- Support banquet equipment coordination, inventory and breakage control
- Follow food safety, HACCP and health and safety procedures
