Store Executive - The Hoxton Bengaluru City

The Hoxton is opening a neighbourhood hotel in Bengaluru with guest rooms, dining, events and leisure facilities. The Store Executive will receive and manage hotel stock, maintain inventory records, and support reconciliations and reporting.

• Receive and verify incoming goods against purchase orders and delivery notes
• Update inventory records and issue materials against approved requisitions
• Store, label and rotate stock using FIFO or FEFO
• Conduct inventory checks and assist with stock reconciliations
• Monitor stock availability and report slow-moving, expired or damaged items
• Support month-end inventory processes and prepare related reports
