About the role
Harrison.ai develops diagnostic AI solutions and provides non-clinical IT support to an affiliated US teleradiology practice. You will deliver Level 2 support for radiologists’ workstations, clinical systems, applications, and connectivity.
What you'll do
- Provide Level 2 workstation and application support to users
- Support PACS and RIS systems and troubleshoot DICOM and HL7 connectivity
- Respond rapidly to urgent issues affecting clinical workflows
- Manage support cases and maintain SLA adherence
- Investigate recurring issues and implement preventative measures
- Maintain HIPAA compliance across systems and support activities
