About the role
Blitz enables same-day delivery for ecommerce brands. This team lead will plan delivery staffing and dispatches, improve delivery executive performance, onboard hires, and support daily operations.
What you'll do
- Plan delivery executive rosters based on hub order trends
- Monitor delivery performance and support improvement plans
- Plan timely shipment dispatches using geographical and cluster knowledge
- Onboard and train new hires
- Maintain relationships with staffing agencies and recruitment sources
- Provide real-time operational support to delivery executives
