About the role

o9 provides an AI-powered enterprise planning platform for optimizing business and supply chain decisions. This consultant will maintain platform operations, resolve batch and system issues, and manage customer data and integrations.

What you'll do

Monitor batch processes and resolve disruptions within customer SLAs
Maintain cloud platform operations and troubleshoot system issues
Validate, transform, and manage customer data
Develop scripts to automate manual processes and system checks
