About the role
Nasdaq provides trading, clearing and market technology, including trade surveillance software as a service. You will onboard customers through technical integration, data testing, configuration and go-live activities.
What you'll do
- Conduct customer meetings from post-sale through go-live
- Prepare tailored project plans and explain data specifications
- Map customer data and perform data quality tests
- Configure the application and test requested changes
- Coordinate onboarding with customer and internal teams
- Provide weekly project status reports
