• Plan and coordinate customer-facing programs, implementations and integrations
• Align product, engineering, AI/data and customer success teams on delivery
• Define milestones, dependencies, deliverables and success metrics
• Track progress, identify delivery risks and drive resolution
• Coordinate releases, deployments and post-release follow-ups
• Investigate customer issues using logs, dashboards and application interfaces
