About the role
Elision Technologies provides VoIP, dialer and telecom infrastructure services. This engineer will troubleshoot client issues, configure telecom systems and maintain supporting servers and network equipment.
What you'll do
- Resolve client technical issues through calls, emails and support requests
- Configure PBX systems, IP phones and telecom services for new clients
- Manage number porting, support tickets and issue resolution
- Troubleshoot VoIP, dialer, connectivity and network problems
- Maintain servers, firewalls, VPNs, routers and switches
- Monitor systems, check backups and manage antivirus
