About the role
Solventum develops healthcare products and solutions using health, material, and data science. You will manage financial planning and governance for IT acquisition, divestiture, integration, and separation activities.
What you'll do
- Manage transaction budgets, forecasts, actuals, accruals, invoices, and financial reporting
- Build financial models for transaction costs, TSA pricing, synergies, and value capture
- Support IT due diligence, transaction planning, TSA delivery, and TSA exits
- Coordinate financial assumptions and cost estimates across IT, Finance, and business teams
- Improve financial tools, models, playbooks, and reporting for future transactions
