About the role
GlobalFoundries provides semiconductor design, development and fabrication services to technology companies. You will develop 3D-IC design and verification methodologies, guide technical teams, and drive integration flows and standards.
What you'll do
- Develop design and verification methodology for multi-die systems
- Lead heterogeneous integration flow development and training
- Partner with EDA vendors and internal design teams
- Scope customer requirements and adoption of design flows
- Mentor and train junior engineers on software and automation features
