About the role
Sarvam builds AI infrastructure, models and applications for India, including enterprise platforms and voice-first agents. You will build, integrate and evaluate production AI agents for customer systems, ensuring their quality, reliability and performance at scale.
What you'll do
- Build production agents with workflows, tools and evaluations
- Map use-case scenarios and design agent coverage
- Integrate agents with customer banking, CRM and telephony systems
- Define quality metrics and build evaluation pipelines
- Version agents and maintain regression suites
- Tune systems for accuracy, cost, reliability and performance
