About the role
Intel develops data center and AI technologies, including software for AI workloads on its processors, GPUs, and accelerators. This engineer will develop and optimize AI framework features, kernels, and performance models for deep learning workloads.
What you'll do
- Optimize software and kernels to improve AI workload performance
- Analyze workloads and model hardware performance for kernels
- Maintain performance modeling tools and correlate projections with device results
- Develop hardware-aware and hardware-agnostic AI framework features
- Extend deep learning training and inference capabilities
- Debug functional and convergence issues across software systems
