About the role

What you'll do

Analyze fulfillment data across channels to identify performance issues and bottlenecks
Use SQL and Python to process fulfillment and logistics data
Apply statistical and machine learning techniques to forecast demand and risks
Measure the impact of routing, pricing, pickup, and sourcing initiatives
Turn analytical findings into recommendations for fulfillment strategy and process improvements
Deliver rapid analyses of performance, outages, delays, and customer satisfaction
