About the role
Dentsu is deploying and administering a global corporate card programme across its markets. This analyst will support cardholders and administrators, manage programme workflows, resolve enquiries and produce spend and status reports.
What you'll do
- Respond to cardholder support tickets and general enquiries
- Maintain cardholder accounts and joiner, mover and leaver amendments
- Escalate unresolved settlement issues and cardholder disputes
- Coordinate with Citibank and Concur support to resolve issues
- Produce weekly status and monthly and quarterly spend reports
- Identify transaction trends and inform relevant stakeholders
