Analyst PIM Ops

Target is a global retailer whose Bengaluru team supports its global strategy and operations. This analyst will monitor inventory and planning operations, analyze performance, and improve reporting, data quality, and processes.

• Monitor inventory and planning outputs for imbalances, gaps, and replenishment exceptions
• Maintain inventory parameters, replenishment settings, lead times, and policies
• Analyze inventory health, availability, excess stock, aging, and risks
• Investigate inventory variances and coordinate corrective actions
• Develop and automate operational reports, dashboards, and scorecards
• Identify process improvements and automation opportunities in planning workflows
