About the role
Emergent builds autonomous AI coding agents that generate, test, and deploy production applications from plain-language instructions. The Analytics Leader will lead the analytics function, team, and data science work supporting company-wide decisions.
What you'll do
- Set company-wide analytics strategy, metrics, and reporting cadence
- Build and lead the data science and analytics team
- Own subscription, revenue, retention, and unit economics analytics
- Lead predictive modeling, forecasting, experimentation, and attribution
- Govern the data stack, data quality, and pipeline reliability
- Deploy AI-assisted analytics workflows, dashboards, and alerting systems
