About the role
Celonis provides a process intelligence platform that helps enterprises apply AI to business operations. You will design and prototype customer solutions, demonstrate their value, and guide implementation, adoption, and expansion.
What you'll do
- Discover customer challenges and translate them into Celonis use cases
- Build AI and agent-based prototypes for customer problems
- Execute proof-of-value projects, including architecture, RAG, and guardrails
- Present business cases, value assessments, and roadmaps to executives
- Lead customer value journeys across adoption, expansion, and renewal
- Share customer use-case feedback with product development teams
