About the role
Celonis provides a platform that uses process data and business knowledge to help organizations operate AI-driven processes. This engineer will troubleshoot employee IT issues, maintain devices and collaboration systems, and support global users across macOS and Windows environments.
What you'll do
- Resolve or escalate employee IT support requests
- Troubleshoot hardware, software, and network issues on macOS and Windows
- Install and maintain computers, printers, and video conferencing systems
- Support mobile devices using MDM platforms
- Document common issues and maintain user guides
- Participate in shift-based support for global coverage
