About the role
Celonis provides a process intelligence platform that helps enterprises apply AI to business operations. The Applied Value Engineer translates customer goals into solutions, demonstrates business value, and supports implementation, adoption, and expansion.
What you'll do
- Translate customer objectives into value assessments and proof-of-value projects
- Build Celonis business cases, demos, and strategic roadmaps
- Facilitate value workshops and identify process improvement opportunities
- Present outcomes and realized value to senior executives
- Guide customer adoption, expansion, and renewal journeys
- Share customer use-case feedback with product development teams
