About the role
Celonis provides a process intelligence platform that helps enterprises understand and improve business processes. You will lead customer implementations, using Celonis and AI agents to build solutions, validate outcomes and support adoption.
What you'll do
- Run discovery workshops and define customer use cases and success criteria
- Direct AI agents to build data models, analyses, KPIs and dashboards
- Configure Celonis solutions and validate them against customer needs
- Identify process inefficiencies and quantify business impact
- Train customer users and support solution adoption
- Manage delivery outcomes against scope, timelines and expectations
