About the role
Bolt.Earth operates an integrated electric vehicle charging network and related hardware, software, manufacturing, and services. You will manage receivables, including invoicing, collections, reconciliations, aging analysis, reporting, and closing support.
What you'll do
- Generate customer invoices and process credit notes
- Monitor receivables aging and follow up on overdue payments
- Resolve customer queries and payment disputes with internal teams
- Reconcile customer ledgers, receipts, invoices, and account balances
- Prepare collection, outstanding, DSO, and monthly MIS reports
- Support month-end and year-end accounts receivable closing
