About the role
Prismforce provides AI-powered SaaS for talent supply chains at technology and IT services companies. You will support cloud deployments, Kubernetes debugging, build systems, and environment monitoring using established runbooks and reviewed changes.
What you'll do
- Update applications using Helm values, Argo CD, and Terraform patterns
- Debug Kubernetes pods, services, logs, and events on Amazon EKS
- Support Jenkins builds and check environment health in Grafana
- Join incidents by gathering facts and following runbooks
- Document changes in tickets and pull requests
