About the role
Prismforce provides AI-powered vertical SaaS for talent supply chain operations in technology and IT services. The Business Analyst will gather and analyze requirements, support client implementations, manage project delivery, and troubleshoot integration issues.
What you'll do
- Analyze requirements and identify business process improvements
- Gather requirements and support implementation across the project lifecycle
- Work with clients and stakeholders to ensure solutions meet business needs
- Develop project plans and monitor deliverables and performance
- Prepare technical documentation, reports, and testing support
- Troubleshoot production issues involving integrations
