About the role
Zinnov is a management consulting firm advising enterprises, technology companies, and investors on growth and strategic decisions. You will manage and improve knowledge systems, governance, analytics, and AI-enabled discovery for marketing and enterprise knowledge.
What you'll do
- Manage SharePoint Online and enterprise knowledge portals
- Design site structures, metadata schemas, taxonomies, and workflows
- Audit repositories and enforce content lifecycle standards
- Build dashboards tracking repository usage and search success
- Apply AI tools for tagging, summarization, and intelligent Q&A
- Partner with subject matter experts to capture and document knowledge
