About the role
Zinnov is a global management consulting firm that advises organizations on growth, global operations and business strategy. The Talent Acquisition Leader will guide hiring strategy and delivery across client accounts, advise executives and develop TA leaders and teams.
What you'll do
- Own talent acquisition strategy and workforce forecasts across client accounts
- Advise executives on talent-market feasibility, compensation and hiring priorities
- Lead complex hiring strategies and talent market mapping
- Develop TA managers, recruiters and sourcing teams
- Set delivery governance and improve hiring quality and candidate experience
- Track portfolio hiring, funnel, utilization and forecast metrics
