About the role
Zinnov is a management consulting firm advising enterprises, technology companies, and investors on growth and organizational decisions. The intern will support employer branding research, content development, digital campaigns, and project coordination for Zinnov and global capability centers.
What you'll do
- Research employer branding, talent markets, competitors, and industry trends
- Create content for social media, blogs, careers pages, and campaigns
- Coordinate recruitment marketing campaigns and track their performance
- Support employee advocacy and internal branding initiatives
- Maintain project trackers, timelines, and deliverable updates
