About the role
Zinnov is a global management consulting firm that advises organizations on growth, operating models, and global capability centers. You will lead technical recruiting, build talent pipelines, and advise engineering leaders on hiring strategy and outcomes.
What you'll do
- Build technical talent pipelines and maps for current and future hiring needs
- Manage recruitment from sourcing and screening through offers and onboarding
- Partner with hiring managers and engineering leaders on candidate profiles and hiring plans
- Share market intelligence and recruiting strategy recommendations
- Track recruiting metrics and prepare hiring dashboards and reports
- Lead hiring reviews and provide weekly pipeline updates
